US Cellular Project and GM Countdown2Drive

Got some tips from my boy Charlie K. over at MS&L Digital. Here they are:

U.S. Cellular

Last week, U.S. Cellular kicked off its “All Phones Free” Sale.

Through Dec. 24, the recently named “best wireless carrier in the country” by a Consumer Reports survey is offering its extensive lineup of cutting edge phones free while supplies last, including the latest Android-powered smartphones. U.S. Cellular is also topping it off with a $100 credit to new customers purchasing a smartphone or existing customers adding a new smartphone line. All devices are backed by U.S. Cellular’s high-speed nationwide network and the valuable benefits of The Belief Project, which include faster phone upgrades, overage cap, discounts for autopay and paperless billing, and “no contract after the first.” More about it here:

GM

I’m writing on behalf of General Motors to let you know about the new Countdown2Drive initiative. The ultimate goal of this web-based program is to reduce teen crashes by preparing them to be good passengers.

C2D wants to raise awareness of the parent-teen Passenger Agreement. You can check it out at www.countdown2Drive.org

Users can use the web tool to establish family rules and guidelines for driving.
